• Commercial Address - Free Shipping to a Commercially zoned area (additional cost to request liftgate or inside delivery for business locations without loading dock or forklift to offload the cab enclosure from the back of the truck)
• Residential Address - Shipping to residential address/location (additional cost to request liftgate or inside delivery for residential deliveries to offload the cab enclosure from the back of the truck to your doorstep)
• Others (Limited Access) - Shipping to Farms, Ranches, Schools, Country Clubs, and deliveries to remote areas.
• Optional Liftgate Service - Please select if you do not have a forklift or loading dock and you need the cab enclosure unloaded off/safely lowered from the trailer to the ground level the for you.
• Optional Inside Delivery - Please select if you need the cab enclosure to be moved from the back of the truck and wheeled in to your doorstep or garage (for residential) or main entrance (for commercial)

FRONT Windshield Glass Insurance Information

• Front Windshield Glass cracked or shattered
• Fault or tear on internal safety laminate

Not Covered:

• Tilt-out handles hardware
• Mounted handles
• Hinges
• Gas springs
• Mirrors
• Labor

Deductible: $50 per replacement – payable upon claim prior to shipment

Insurance Program covers only the front glass.

ALL hardware must be removed from broken piece and re-installed on new glass.  Replacement Glass will arrive pre-drilled for all hardware and with rubber seal on perimeter.

Labor is not covered by this program.
