Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Convertible Cab Enclosure Doors

Running your Polaris Ranger XP 1000 year-round means dealing with whatever the weather throws at you — rain, wind, dust, and cold. These convertible hard cab doors give you real flexibility instead of forcing you to choose between staying warm or getting fresh air. The trick is a two-piece polycarbonate design that lets you adjust on the fly, so you're never stuck with just one option.

How They Work
The doors flip between three different setups depending on what you need. Keep them fully closed when it's nasty out. Slide the window open in the upper half when you want some breeze without fully opening things up. Or remove the top half completely to get that half-door feel — your arm rests right on the metal frame for a more open summer ride. If you want maximum airflow, the bottom half unhinges just as easily, giving you a completely open cab.

Build and Protection
SuperATV made these from 1/4 inch polycarbonate for both upper and lower sections, mounted to a sturdy 3/4 inch steel DOM tube frame. The polycarbonate is lightly tinted and coated with an XR Optic Hard Coating that resists scratches and blocks UV damage. Full-length bulb seals run along all edges, and gas struts hold everything tight and rattle-free so you don't get water or wind sneaking in around the gaps.
