Each door is made from 2 mm aluminum with a 1 inch steel frame welded inside for real strength. SuperATV coats them in UV-resistant powder to handle sun and weather without rusting or fading.
Build and Finish
The aluminum skin keeps weight down compared to steel, while that internal steel frame gives you the rigidity you need on rough ground. The powder coat does its job—won't chip easy and resists corrosion from mud and water exposure.
