How They Convert

Switching from full to half doors is straightforward. Remove a couple bolts at the bottom, unhook the gas strut, and you're done. The half-door height sits right where your arm rests, so you've still got protection without feeling boxed in. Want maximum ventilation? Pull off the lower half and you're golden.

Sealing Out Weather

When you've got them closed all the way, these doors keep wind and rain out. A full-length bulb seal runs along the frame, and heavy-duty gas struts hold everything tight. The result is a cabin that stays quiet and dry, without leaks or annoying whistling at speed.

Tough Materials

The doors are built from 1/4" polycarbonate that's been treated with XR Optic Hard Coating to resist scratches and UV damage. That material is 25 times stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass, so it'll stand up to flying rocks and trail debris without cracking. A powder-coated steel frame holds it all together for real durability.
